Virtual Kick Butts Day

More than 15 PUSH-Up Peer Leaders joined a Zoom conference with over 200 participants. Present were most importantly lots of Youth and some elected and appointed officials. The virtual “Kick Butts Day: Take Down Tobacco” event sponsored by the 84 Movement. PUSH-Up is 1 of 77 Chapter-Groups of the 84 Movement, a state-wide movement of youth fighting tobacco in Massachusetts working with the DPH and Health Resources in Action.
Push-Up CADCA with JUICE

With support of Dr. Wisdom and BPS, BPHC, ORS and others, PUSH-Up is hosting a City-wide training called PUSH-Up CADCA with JUICE. Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) is a nonprofit organization that is committed to creating safe, healthy and drug-free communities globally. Learn more about the training here.
Systems Networking Summit

Ten members of PUSH-Up will be attending an all-day training with City-Year Co-Founder Neil Silverston of Sparkshare. We are so fortunate to have nurtured a relationship with Mr. Silverston; we were one of only four youth groups invited into this Systems Networking Summit that connects PUSH-Up with the resources and organizations we need to better solve problems we’ve identified.
